There are currently problems with the login on Instagram. Several users of the social media platform report problems during the login process. pages like AllErrors show how much the problems reported by users have skyrocketed since around 1:45 p.m.
Apparently two different errors occur during the login. Some users should therefore only not be able to log in, while other users report account locks.
A technical error is to be assumed here, which is responsible for the blocking of the accounts. It can therefore be assumed that the account bans will also be lifted after the error has been rectified – at least as long as you have not done anything illegal on your account.

Instagram’s Twitter account has now confirmed the disruption and promises to work on a solution to the login issues. However, it is not yet known when the error can be expected to end.
Since Instagram is already aware of the disruption, you should refrain from contacting the social media app’s support. It is probably already fully utilized at the moment and will not really be able to help you with a technical error of this kind.
