Gaming News Mario 64 on Xbox? Visiting a Nintendo fan’s map in Halo Infinite
Since the release of the Halo Infinite Winter Update on November 8, 2022, a wave of madness has swept the game of 343 Industries. Thanks to the tools of the Forge mode, players from all over the world have started creating crazier levels than the rest, inspired by other video game creations. Today we return to user BoBoGaijin’s Peach’s Castle map, set in Peach’s Castle from Super Mario 64. Here we go!
Ah, Peach’s Castle! Its hilly garden, its green trees, its little bridge leading to the front door, its bright vestibule. This is a great place to wage war between Spartans with the help of gravity hammers and rocket launchers! Created by BoBoGaijin, the Peach’s Castle map invites players to have a good time in a world loved by Nintendo fans. For many, Peach’s Castle brings to mind the slap in the face of experiencing the sense of freedom that Super Mario 64’s real-time 3D offers.
In Halo Infinite, the map is already one of the most popular in Forge mode. What could be more normal, it is full of small details for connoisseurs. Here the garden can be visited on board a Warthog, but also a Ghost. There’s the cannon that catapults adventurers into the air. The moat, which is waterless like a certain point in Mario 64, can be visited. The vestibule is the most impressive part of the reconstruction: painting, architecture, graphic elements … it is so!
We also find the staircase that leads to the basement, as well as the small courtyard where the Boo that hides the haunted house is usually located. Here the Spartans will find something to make themselves invisible, which is a perfect nod to the spirits that usually inhabit the place.
Halo Infinite is available for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. The Peach’s Castle level can be visited through Forge mode. He is currently part of the selection”Popular“.
