Mario Kart has been one of Nintendo's most popular video game series, the last game the developers released was Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, an improved version of the eighth installment that came out for Wii U, and was released exclusively for Nintendo Switch. It's been almost 3 years since this title was released, and it's time for Nintendo to bring the ninth installment of Mario Kart, which could be announced this year according to a new report that has been discovered.
The information has been disclosed by the Twitter user named Sabi, which has reliable sources that claim that Nintendo plans to launch an exclusive and very important video game for Nintendo Switch this year, which will be centered on Mario and quite possibly Mario Kart 9.

As Sabi says, they are not sure which game it will be, so they cannot confirm that it is the ninth installment of Mario Kart. In the same way, this would be the most logical considering the years in which Nintendo takes to bring a new game of this style. On the other hand, the journalist also mentions that Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 may arrive in early 2021.
