Marvel doesn’t want audiences to be spoiled before Spider-Man: No Way Home, but when it comes to Deadpool and Wolverine, Marvel doesn’t seem to care.
Look, I’m going to get this straight: If you were planning on going to the theaters to watch the final trailer for Deadpool vs. Wolverine, don’t watch it. I know it’s fun to get excited for a movie you’re looking forward to, especially one as highly anticipated as this one that finally hits theaters next week (and is the only Marvel movie to hit theaters this year). There are some pretty big spoilers in the trailer that will be interesting to reveal for the final movie, and even if there are some set-ups for the future of the MCU in the trailer — don’t there always are — these moments will mean a lot to longtime fans of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine. On the other hand, if you don’t mind, you can watch the trailer below (oh, and from now on, there will be spoiler warnings for the content of the trailers).
You see, the trailer revealed two key pieces of information. First, it turns out that this version of Wolverine is not the Fox Wolverine we have known for the past 25 years. As some fans thought, he is from an alternate universe after all, where things seem to have gone completely wrong. On the other hand, another potentially cool discovery to be made in theaters is that Dafne Keen will be reprising her fan-favorite role as X-23 from the Logan movie.

Keen was asked if she was involved in the film because she’s been doing press for her latest project, The Believer, in which she had to lie about her involvement with Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire. If you’re only revealing her involvement in the film a week before it’s released, then why bother? Anyway, the film is set to be released on July 26, so you can’t be far from finding out the rest of the secrets.
