Crystal Power Reveals some new concept art Marvel Avengers expansion, Battle of Wakanda, Which shows more areas and lays the foundation for the upcoming DLC products.
If you have been patiently waiting for more information about the Battle of Wakanda DLC, which was introduced in detail for the game at the Square Enix show at E3 in 2021, you are lucky: the developer has shown a set of concept art in the latest “Update with the developer” after the live broadcast to show more set extensions.
In the picture below (by avengers_acy On Twitter), you can see some of the Wakanda biomes that we will explore, including forest areas, urban suburbs, temples, and waterfalls/monuments. You will notice that the black panther standing on the outcrop and inspecting the city is similar to the one used by the studio in the trailer, showing the importance of conceptual art in establishing mood and tone.
Check out the image below and compare it with the reveal trailer at the bottom of the page.
As expected, Panthers: Battle of Wakanda Black Panther will be added as a playable character, and he must protect Wakanda from the attack of Crow who is trying to steal Vibranium from the area. This DLC will introduce the Wakandan jungle biome, new enemies of the Klau faction, etc.-although there is still very little information about the expansion.
We do know that developers will draw inspiration from very early Black Panther source materials-even directly from Heroes are joining the early costumes of the Marvel Universe.
The “Black Panther: Battle for Wakanda” expansion pack will land on Marvel’s Avengers in August, but the specific release date has not yet been determined.
