Game news Marvel’s Avengers: War for Wakanda won’t last 25 hours, explains Square Enix

Expected sometime in August, Marvel’s Avengers War for Wakanda expansion caused confusion among the audience. We learned in an article from Entertainment Weekly that the extension would be 25 hours, which was amazing.

Marvel's Avengers: War for Wakanda won't last 25 hours, explains Square Enix

It turns out thatWeekly entertainment, who had the exclusive worldwide announcement that Christopher Judge (Stargate SG-1, God of War) would dub T’Challa, announced that Marvel’s Avengers expansion War for Wakanda would take 25 hourswhich was very surprising given the length of the other content. Obviously Square Enix and Entertainment Weekly misunderstood each otherbecause the publisher contacted us IGN to point out 25 hours was the total duration of the single player after the expansion was released. In other words, by the time players complete the base campaign, the two chapters dedicated to the two Hawkeye, and the content of the Black Panther expansion, they will have played alone for around 25 hours. By estimating the lifespan of already published content, the campaign dedicated to Black Panther should last between 7 and 9 hours, but Square Enix did not specify this. Either way, it was just a misunderstanding and things were sorted out.
