That was fixed. Just a week after the release of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered for the PC, there is already a first patch and further updates are planned.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered didn’t have any major flaws anyway, at least in our test, but any remaining ones should apparently be fixed as soon as possible. A first patch for the game has now been published just one week after the release.

This patch fixes various crashes related to raytracing, improves Windows version checking to avoid false positives, makes visual improvements to HBAO+, and fixes the issue where raytraced reflections in stainless steel were distorted.

Also made visual improvements for NVIDIA DLSS. Aside from that, it fixes some freezes, alt-tab usage issues, and some graphical glitches.

Nixxes is already working on the next patch, which will be bigger and will consist of bug fixes, improvements and additional features based on the feedback received. If it makes the already very good PC version (see our Marvel’s Spider-Man review) even better – don’t mind.
