The first trailer for the new Mass Effect was shown during the Game Awards 2020. One detail raises the hopes of the fans.
EA used the stage of the Game Awards 2020 to show the next part of the Mass Effect series with a short trailer. Apart from debris in space and distorted radio messages, there wasn’t much to see yet. Until the end, because that gives Mass Effect fans hope for a continuation of the Shepherd trilogy. For a moment we see the archaeologist Liara T’Soni at work before she smilingly turns to the not clearly visible horizon full of buildings. Liara played a role in the early parts of the series, but was only heard in Mass Effect: Andromeda via audio log.
After the bumpy Andromeda the chances are at least not too bad that the series will return to its beginnings. When and for which platforms the new Mass Effect will be released is not yet known. But here you can at least watch the trailer.
