Behavior Interactive, the studio behind the long-running, successful horror title Dead by Daylight, announced the release date for the new project Meet Your Maker at the Game Awards in Los Angeles. Good news: While there was only clarity about a PC version to date, the game has now also been confirmed for PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
From April 4, 2023, the building and raid game, which is played from the first-person perspective, should therefore be available. The PC version will appear via Steam.
Confirming the appointment, Ash Pannell, the game’s Creative Director, said: “The entire team and I couldn’t be happier to have the chance to share a platform like The Game Awards with the best in the business. We’re excited to see the tough Finally being able to shine a spotlight on the work of the Behavior Interactive team over the last few months and couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created. We look forward to putting Meet Your Maker in the hands of our players and letting us know from theirs devious creativity and wit as they build their own outposts, experience the thrill of raiding and make the game their own in April 2023.”
In the post-apocalyptic title, each level is designed by players. The gameplay revolves around the creation and infiltration of these self-contained levels called Outposts. You take on the role of the Custodian serving the Chimera, a living experiment created as a last resort to save life on Earth. Here you switch between the roles of builder and raider and take part in a tactical fight for the most coveted resource on the planet and the key to the evolution of the Chimera: pure genetic material (GenMat).
