It is not uncommon for people to show employees or customers something on a monitor or work together on a project [such as a presentation]. Microsoft Teams provides a good solution for this, and can do more work than classic Messenger tools such as WhatsApp, Skype or Hangouts. We show you how to use these features.
In a team chat optimized for workgroups, you can not only activate screen transfer, but also share the desktop with other contacts. If necessary, you can also transfer control of your computer through the screen transfer of Microsoft Teams. No need to talk. Microsoft's screen transfer can also be activated completely independently.

In the preview, you can also choose whether to play the entire screen or just an open window. If there are multiple monitors, you can select them individually. In addition, you can "include system sound" here and transfer it with the picture.
