Mojang announced the release date of the next Minecraft content update.
Caves and Cliffs Update: Part 1 my world Mojang announced that it will arrive on June 8.
The update will apply to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android and Windows 10.
It is also available for the Java version on Windows, macOS and Linux.
The update also includes newts that can only live in water or barrels, which can help you fight, and the once exclusive Minecraft Earth bioluminescent squid will also appear in the game’s ocean.
Another new member in the update is the goat, which can hit you with its head and fall off the cliff, so be careful of these pretty cute animals.
There will be a lot of blocks in the update, some of which will pop up in the world, while others will need you to discover. If you want to find these blocks without exploring, you can switch to creative mode at any time, where you can access them. This includes amethyst, water drop leaves and copper blocks.
The copper nugget will show the age in the game, which we think means it will show a lovely green luster at some point.
The update will also add a telescope.
The content known as the 1.17 update was announced as early as October 2020. The content is so large that it is divided into two parts. Part 2 is expected to be launched later this year.
