Until Cyberpunk 2077 by The-Witcher-3 developer CD Projekt Red is released, players have to September 17, 2020 be patient. One or the other fan can no longer wait for it and so Reddit user Deltagon has let off steam in Minecraft.
His post is celebrated by the community – and for good reason: At first glance, it almost looks as if his cyberpunk scene did not come from the pixelated game of blocks, but from a title of one completely different graphic league.
His screenshot shows an impressive skyline with gigantic skyscrapers, which are fully paved with colorful neon signs and are flown around by floating cars. So the overall composition should every fan of Blade Runner or Cyberpunk 2077 accept.

The actual framework actually comes from Minecraft, into the Deltagon within two weeks over 60 hours of work had invested. In order to create the final look, the Reddit user then resorted to a second program: Blender.
With Blender Deltagon has given its cyberpunk skyline the appropriate lighting to create a more plastic look. In general, Blender works well to re-render characters or scenarios – just like Deltagon's Minecraft screenshot did.
However, Deltagon is by no means the first cyberpunk fan to come up with the idea of paying homage to this genre in Minecraft: In December 2019, for example, the building team Elysium Fire had its very own Cyberpunk metropolis tinkered, which was inspired by Night City – the actual game world of Cyberpunk 2077.
Anyway, you can let off steam in Minecraft until the release of Cyberpunk 2077 on September 17, 2020: Just recently, an almost full Harry Potter RPG was released in the block game, while a Minecraft MMO with the title Hegemony will appear in a few days should.
