A Thermomix alternative for children? Mini Monsieur Cuisine supports chefs who are keen to experiment with trying out recipes.
The discounter Lidl has with Monsieur Cuisine Connect a strong and, above all, cheap alternative to the more expensive Thermomix. With the Mini Monsieur Cuisine one now wants to inspire the little ones too. The kitchen appliance for children helps to learn recipes in a playful way and can also be of help to the grown-ups.
The Mini Monsieur Cuisine is battery operated and can handle five recipes. The instructions are explained step-by-step using symbols on an LC display. Also several child-friendly attachments for the preparation. The following recipes are already integrated:
- Raspberry yoghurt
- Chocolate mug cake
- Chocolate milk
- waffle dough
- Vanilla yogurt

This is what the Mini Monsieur Cuisine from Lidl looks like.
Of course, the Mini Monsieur Cuisine can do even more, provided the children are keen to experiment. Especially now at Christmas time, when it comes to baking together, children can do mixed work using the Mini Monsieur Cuisine and thus help out in a playful way.
Price and availability are still pending
The Mini Monsieur Cuisine is already listed on Lidl’s website, but as “not available” and a price is also not yet visible. However, this should be well below the 350 dollars of the large Monsieur Cuisine Connect.
Interesting: Also Xiaomi has a cheap Thermomix alternative on offer.
