At the end of the second season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the developers gave all players ten Battle Pass level upgrades worth almost 15 euros. However, some things went wrong due to bugs, so that many CoD players could not redeem their gift. Activision now makes up for this mistake – and some players even double-cash!
In a new in-game message in Modern Warfare, we are currently being told that some players have missed the ten free increments. To make up for that all those affected can now call up the bonus retrospectivelyby simply navigating the Battle Pass tab in the menu of multiplayer mode or CoD: Warzone.
So if you haven’t yet received the gift or haven’t been able to collect it because of the bug, make up for it quickly. A step up costs 150 CP (unless we simply unlock it with experience points), which corresponds to a value of just under 1.50 euros. Ten free jumps save you 15 euros and let you skip a tenth of all Battle Pass tiers.
With luck, you will get the gift a second time
But even if you have already redeemed the 10-level bonus in the second season, it is worth taking a look at the game. This seems apparently again on a bug to lie, because not all players receive the gift again. It remains to be seen whether Activision will also provide redress for all those who did not get it.
