Title Update 2 Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Arriving at the end of the month, Capcom showed some at TGS 2022.
The TGS trailer shows the issues facing Elgado Outpost and some of the new tools you’ll use.
The update sets the stage for the previously announced unveiling of Flaming Espinas and Violet Mizutsune returning from Monster Hunter Frontier. The creature emits bubbles filled with flammable gas that burst into a fiery flame.
Also in the update is an Elder Dragon named Risen Chameleon, which is immune to pain and can symbiotically live with Qurio. Thanks to this union, the Elder Dragons gained incredible power, as well as more cunning attacks.
If you’re brave enough to take on any of these, you’ll gain materials for crafting new weapons and armor, and equip them with new skills.
Additionally, a new anomalous mission tier will be added, which will include challenging targets such as Gore Magala and Espinas. Anomaly investigations are also being expanded, with a level cap raised to level 120 and new affected materials available. You 217;ll be able to unlock new options for Qurious Crafting, including added anomaly slots and other new weapon upgrades.
Title Update 2 also introduces layered weapons, enabling you to change the appearance of weapons to combine your favorite stats and designs. This update also includes new paid DLC such as the Master Arlow layered armor set, layered weapons, gestures, poses, hairstyles, and more.
You can also expect new event quests to arrive every week, with new monsters and more coming in Title Update 3 in late November.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Title Update 2 releases on September 29th.
