Monster Hunter Stories 2 Shakalaka location
Shakalaka lives in the Terga area, especially in the Volcanic Gate and Flame Lake areas and monster lairs.
The tricky part of finding them is actually…finding them. Shakaraka hides himself and blends into the environment.
The best option for finding Shakalaka is to use Monstie and Monster Search Riding Action.
Unless you have enhanced your Yian Kut-Ku with incredible genes, you will want to choose Zamtrios, Nerscylla or Crimson Qurupeco at this time of the game.
Once you find them, there will be no shortage of Shakalaka, because they tend to roam in groups. Their blunt and piercing attacks are weak and easily defeated, so Shakalaka material farming should be easy.
Monster Hunter Story 2 Shakaraka material
Shakaraka can put down something. The only Shakaraka material that can be used for forging is Shakaraka Treasure. You need it to make Zinogre Armor, which is some of the better armors you can get before the post-game content.
