If you haven’t heard of the PlayStation Explorers Club, we are going to tell you a little about what the story is about. It’s cool: it is a solidarity initiative in which they collaborate PlayStation and the Juegaterapia Foundation, of which we have spoken on several occasions in iGamesNews, where a lot of familiar faces have gathered to donate items.
These objects range from a shirt signed by Rafa Nadal
If you want to collaborate with this initiative and with the Juegaterapia Foundation, try to get some donated object and also enter the draw for a PS5, you only have to buy tickets worth 5 dollars each
The entire proceeds from the sale of all tickets will go to the construction of rooms of the Explorers Club in Spanish hospitals where Juegaterapia is present. It should be remembered that in Juegaterapia they are dedicated to helping children with cancer using the game as therapy, so thanks to these rooms they will be able to find PS5 consoles to play.
According to a study that the foundation released at the beginning of the year, it was observed that pediatric cancer patients with post-chemotherapy mucositis, apparently one of the most painful consequences of treatment, feel less pain when playing video games. And if playing relieves the pain, let them play.
