NVIDIA announced that more than one million users have signed up for its Geforce Now streaming platform and that 1,500 games will be available.
More than a million people signed up GeForce now Free plan or upgraded to Founders membership, including a 90-day free trial period.
After seeing 300,000 testers record more than 70 million hours of gaming during the test period, GeForce Now opened to more players in February.
It is divided into two levels: the free option allows for an hour of game sessions, and the Founders layer has extended session time. The first year of Founders Tier entry price is $ 4.99 / £ 4.99 / € 5,49.
Nvidia said that with the launch of paid services, some publishers may choose to delete games before the trial period ends. Ultimately, the company stated that it believes that many "will bring back the game" once the value of the service is realized.
Last month, Activision Blizzard was withdrawn because the two companies never officially signed a formal commercial agreement for the game after the beta version ended.
Nvidia said: "As the transition period ends, the number of game removals should be low and new games added to GeForce Now every week."
The company says that there are currently 1,500 games in line, so users can look forward to more games in the future. One of these titles is Cyberpunk 2077, which will be available on the service on release day.
If you're unwilling to try the service, this is the time Alex has to say.
