At the San Diego Comic-Con, an extensive DLC for Mortal Kombat 1, “Khaos Reigns”, was announced.
Comic-Con is taking place again this weekend in San Diego and, as was to be expected beforehand, a major DLC for Mortal Kombat 1 has now been announced. The next expansion of the fighting game is called “Khaos Reigns” and will bring with it the expansion of the roster starting in September.
Chief Creative Officer Ed Boon personally announced the expansion for September 24, 2024. From then on, you will have access to the following additional characters:
- Cyrax
- Sector
- Noob Saibot
- Terminator T-1000 aus “Terminator 2: Judgment Day”
- Ghostface aus “Scream”
- Conan the Barbarian
Right at the start of “Khaos Reigns” there will be Cyrax, Noob Saibot and Sektor, the three guest characters will follow at a later date, which will be announced later. Cyrax and Sektor were previously available as cameo fighters in the game as cyborg ninjas, but now there are female and human versions of the characters.
Roger L. Jackson will reprise his role as the voice of Ghostface, and Robert Patrick will return as the voice of T-1000.
