After a two-week break, the MotoGP starts this weekend in Kazakhstan. Here we show you how you can watch the Grand Prix for free on TV and live stream.
- In MotoGP, the Grand Prix of Kazakhstan will take place this weekend.
- The race will take place at the Sokol Racetrack from 12:00.
- You can watch the race for free on ServusTV or on pay TV on Sky, WOW and motogp.com.
After another crazy race in Misano, MotoGP will be taking to the track this Sunday for the Grand Prix of Kazakhstan. The start at the Sokol Racetrack north of Almaty is at 12:00 p.m.
After Aragon, it was thought that Jorge Martín would have a relatively comfortable lead for the time being – but he was wrong. In the weather chaos in Misano, the Spaniard fell far behind after two bike changes, which brought second-placed “Pecco” Bagnaia back up significantly. Before the race in Kazakhstan, the gap is only seven points. Behind him, the fairytale story continues for Marc Márquez, currently in third place. After his sensational victory in Aragon, the eight-time world champion celebrated his second success in a row in San Marino. So the last races today promise plenty of excitement.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to watch the race for free on DF1 this weekend. However, you can still watch it for free this weekend via the Austrian broadcaster Servus TV. In Germany, you can watch all the races on Sky and WOW as usual.
Watch the MotoGP on Sky
- Sunday, 22 September, from 12:00 on Sky
After Servus TV closed in Germany, Sky secured the broadcasting rights for all 21 races of the 2024 MotoGP season last year. You can always watch all the sessions of the race weekends there. If you prefer a live stream, you can find what you’re looking for on their own service WOW.
Here you have to book the live sports subscription. Unfortunately, there was a recent price increase. The Wow Live Sports package normally costs 35.99 dollars per month. If you book the annual subscription, however, you currently only pay 25.99 dollars in the first year. After that, the regular price is due.
