The title of the Castlevania Premium Collection indicates that the item may consist of Game Boy Advance products.
Castlevania Premium Collection Has been rated by the country’s classification committee in Australia.
Of course, Konami has not announced such a collection, although we don’t know what it actually contains, but the “Advance” part of the title makes everyone think it is full of retro GBA games.
There are a total of three Castlevania games on GBA, namely Castlevania: Ring of the Moon, Castlevania: Discord Harmony, and Castlevania: Aria of Sadness (thanks to Gematsu).
It is rated as mature in the country and no content details are provided, but it looks like a multi-platform event.
This is not the first time Konami has released a game in the series. As early as 2019, the company released the Castlevania anniversary collection, which does not include GBA games. Interestingly, the series was also eliminated by the Australian Classification Board before the announcement.
Castlevania has always been a beloved franchise, and has recently gained more popularity due to the Netflix series of the same name. This four-season series recently ended, but there is a spin-off in the work that will focus on Trevor Belmonte and the descendant of Saifa, Richel Belmonte.
