“Navy CIS” (NCIS) has been an integral part of the TV landscape since 2003 Mark Harmon as Leroy Jethro Gibbs at the helm. In 19 seasons he portrayed the former Marine and sniper who worked as an investigator for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service works. Now Gibbs is returning with his own spin-off.
