It’s almost that time, Need for Speed: Unbound is getting new content. However, the free content update entitled “Volume 2” primarily appeals to multiplayer players.
You don’t have to wait long for the new content. Volume 2 for Need for Speed: Unbound will be available as the first free update on March 21st. Volume 2 offers new opportunities to compete onl ine with your own team in Lakeshore.
In Need for Speed Unbound Volume 2 you have access to new features and new rewards – including new cars, cosmetic items and more. The update also features new ways to compete on the streets of Lakeshore via Daily Challenges, various new playlists and events, and the new Map Key DLC. In addition, cops are now also on the streets in multiplayer.

There’s a ton of new content including endurance racing and new rumble races. You can provoke the cops into thrilling high-speed multiplayer chases together, or compete with other players for the biggest rewards.

You can participate in 40 new challenges, including three new daily challenges to get rewards like XP and money. You can also complete the new Hot Laps courses and test your driving skills against the clock to win new reward content. New playlist events provide even more variety: Completing them can bag rewards, including the rare custom car Lotus Emira Balmain Edition.

You can show your style on the streets of Lakeshore with new driving effects, poses, stickers and much more.

Key to the Map DLC: This paid DLC shows the location of all 260 collectibles (100 bears, 80 street art, 80 billboards) and all 160 activities. It also includes an exclusive “Fury & Zen” clothing pack consisting of a jacket, a t-shirt, sweatpants and a hat.
