A battle royale scripted by Neill Blomkamp
The game is presented as Battle Royale 2.0 under the Unreal Engine 5. Of course, one can ask what use is a renowned personality like Neill Blomkamp in the scenario under these conditions. Especially for a multiplayer battle royale. Good 2.0 Here is the answer. That is, a battle royale, but obviously with a lot of scripted missions at stake.
150 players and PvE
The game should also offer a huge cyberpunk universe with no less than 150 players per server. So we’re effectively in a battle royale that’s a little different from what we’re used to. Because the title wants to mix PvP as well as PvP. We’re excited to see what Neill Blomkamp can add to all of this.
While you wait to find out more, you can check out the video teaser above. There is not much more information. Note, however, that the title is not planned before 2023 only on new-gen consoles and PCs. In any case, thanks to Neill Blomkamp, he’s off to a good start.
What do you think of a battle royale game with PvE? And do you think the presence of Neill Blomkamp is a guarantee of quality?
