There are endless great mods for Skyrim. And the community never tires of adding new creations. A new remarkable example of the modders' attention to detail is the work of ciathyza.
His project is called Tamrielic Textures and is intended to raise the entire game world to a new graphic level with new high-quality textures. Now the first part of the mod is finished – and it can be seen!
New landscapes
In its current form, the texture package covers soils, mountains, cliffs. Rocky outcrops, paths and roads. A screenshot comparison shows how strongly the quality of the mod stands out from the original:
The landscape mod comes with either 4K, 2K or 1K texture resolutions – depending on how much storage space and graphics power the player has available. The modder recommends at least one graphics card with 6 GB VRAM for a smooth gaming experience.

What's next?
After the published landscapes, ciathyza wants to tackle other areas of Skyrim. Future versions of the mod will deliver high quality textures for villages, cities, dungeons and caves.
