And even if the information is currently correct, Ubisoft’s plans are still subject to change.

Apparently Ubisoft is satisfied with the success of Immortals Fenyx Rising. Because Tom Henderson has information that a sequel to the open-world role-playing game is in development. However, this is currently only in pre-production, so a release is still a long way off, which is why Henderson does not specify a release date here.
What is that, actually? Fenyx Rising comes from the developers who also worked on Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey. However, the role-playing game does not have Greek antiquity as a scenario, but rather its world of legends. As a role model for Fenyx Rising is also considered Breath of the Wild. As the heroine Fenyx we help Zeus in the fight against his adversaries, explore the open world, fight monsters and solve environmental puzzles. A possible successor is likely to use the same elements.

When Project Orlando was leaked last year, an expansion for The Crew 2 was suspected behind the title. In fact, according to Henderson’s information, it should be a separate game with a new engine. Apparently, Project Orlando has been in development for a while and could be announced later this year.
What is that, actually? In the two racing games The Crew and The Crew 2 you can drive around an open world in the form of the entire USA. Part two extends this principle even further and even lets you control boats and airplanes. By driving races we unlock new vehicles. You can see how well the whole thing works in the test video above. A successor will probably also rely on a huge, open world and many vehicles.
