My Hero One’s Justice 2
My Hero One’s Justice 2 connects directly to its predecessor and lets you compete against various opponents again in different 3-D arenas. For this you put together a team from the well-known characters and you can even let designated friends and enemies work together in harmony. As soon as the match starts, you strike with physical and magical attacks on the opponent to minimize his life bar. There are no far-reaching changes to the predecessor – My Hero One’s Justice 2 is a typical successor and primarily expands the roster with additional characters.
Each fight is heralded by a cool animated sequence when entering the arena. Also nicely staged: When unleashing particularly strong attacks, the objects around you burst into their individual parts. Apart from that, there is room for improvement in the graphics typical of the genre. The camera is also a bit chaotic, sometimes preferring to look at a stone rather than at the enemy.
The sequel My Hero One's Justice 2 has finally got a release date in spring 2020.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris
So far, the game implementations for the anime phenomenon Sword Art Online have always been located in already completed and more recent arcs of the series. The latest release with the name Alicization Lycoris takes you straight into the current storyline: to Underworld.
Again you take on the role of the protagonist Kirito and have to find your way in the digital world. You quickly meet Eugenio, with whom Kirito seems strangely connected. Together with Alice and other well-known characters, you go on the search for answers.
During the short playoff session, we took on a group of giant turtles, among other things, and were even able to face Alice in person. But as fragile as it may appear on the outside, the boss fight against her turns out to be extremely crisp for inexperienced people. With various spells and melee attacks, you have to tackle Alice and hope that she will not hit you with her powerful area attacks.
Alicization Lycoris is based on the previous JRPGs on Sword Art Online and offers the concentrated load of fanservice for all who want to dig deeper into the current Arc.
The new Sword Art Online will be available from May 22, 2020.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4
One Piece: Pirate Warriors fans should stock up on gummy bears and cotton candy as a precaution, because in the fourth part the gang of straw hats is going to Whole Cake Island. If you are familiar with the series, you will surely immediately think of laughing trees and ice cream cones.
But don't be fooled by the sugar-sweet look: in Pirate Warriors 4, new dangers lurk behind every turn. The latest part of the series is a prime example of Musou games, in which, depending on the situation, you mow everything that comes in your way with simple, difficult or combo attacks. It is often not necessary to eliminate every single opponent – this does give extra points, which in turn increase the crew level and make you stronger.
For the countless mini-opponents, simple attacks are usually sufficient, for challengers in XXL format like Big Mama, on the other hand, you have to remember a few combos to do enough damage. Thanks to Luffy's gum-gum skills, you can swing huge fists through the air or float away as an inflated ball. Anime flashbacks guaranteed!

One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows
While arguments in most Shonen anime are fought in seemingly endless battles, the One Punch Man lives up to its name and kills its opponents with just a single blow. Since a game in the role of such an overpowering hero would be pretty dull, A Hero Nobody Knows lets you create a hero yourself: how about a fancy hairstyle, clumsy hands and extravagant hair accessories? Or would you prefer a business outfit with a guitar on your back?
Since your character recently acquired the hero certificate, he can now accept first orders from the hero association. At first, these are still pretty boring combat quests or messenger missions, but the higher he ranks, the more exciting the tasks become.
Throughout the story you will meet many well-known characters from the anime and manga. You control a large part of the arguments yourself – occasionally you also have to slip the skin of other characters. Most of the time you are not alone: reinforcements in the form of a team member can be substituted at any time to properly spank your opponent's bottom. Thanks to the simple controls, the combos sit quickly, and with every fight won your rating increases and with it the hero rank with which you reach new areas.
One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows will be available on February 28, 2020.
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of new Champions
