There is news from the Belgian e-bike manufacturer Cowboy. Today, March 20, 2024, he is presenting his latest model called Cross.
This is an all-road bike which, according to the manufacturer, has, among other things, improved suspension and a more powerful battery. That’s why, in addition to your daily route to work in the city, you can now also take trips over cobblestones or forest paths in the country.
This is how Cowboy promotes its latest all-road model, the Cross
We have a brief overview of the most important changes to the previous model for you:
- suspension: big tires; an inverted, sprung front fork and seat suspension
- Range: Removable battery with 50 percent more capacity than the previous model

Check my Bike: According to Cowboy, you can use this function to check the performance and functionality of your bike and thus diagnose yourself whether there is a need for service.
Find my Bike: This is intended to better protect you against theft. You can use the app to track the cowboy bike via GPS and even check nearby buildings via Bluetooth to find out how close you are to the e-bike.
Share my Ride und Predictive Alerts: With this feature you can share your live position with friends via the Cowboy app while you’re on the go.
With the Predictive Alert, the app warns you of danger spots on your route so that you can prepare for steep gradients or narrow areas, for example. Cowboy also writes about crash detection software in the data sheet.
Also: Live challenges as a fitness incentive
As a little motivator for your fitness, Cowboy provides you with several challenges on the app. You can use interactive functions on a level basis here. For example, you can see whether you have “cycled away” the cookie you previously ate:

The price: Cowboy mentions an RRP of 3999 dollars as the price. However, you can secure the e-bike for 3,499 dollars at an early bird price. You can buy the bike through partner dealers and use the on-demand service to set it up, which we have reported on in the past.
