It’s the year 2021 and GTA and The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim are coming again. And that on the same day. But at least GTA is not another release of the outrageously successful GTA 5. Instead, Rockstar is reviving three classics from the 2000s. GTA 3, San Andreas and Vice City return in new graphics.
Skyrim is not getting a new look, but Bethesda is donating a new version of its role-playing masterpiece to mark its 10th anniversary, which includes 500 DLCs from the Creation Club. Like we need a reason to spend another 100 hours in Skyrim.
But don’t worry. The release week does not only consist of new editions of old classics. Racing game fans will surely already be aware of the release of Forza Horizon 5 cheer while dinosaur and construction fans can build their own dinosaur park in Jurassic World Evolution 2. We have already been able to test both games.

GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition – Video analysis of the new graphic details
Genre: Action | Release: 11. November 2021 | Developer: Rockstar Games | Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S
Hard to imagine, but there was a time when GTAs were released almost every year. Crazy, right? Especially when you consider that GTA 5 is now 8 years old and a sixth part still resembles at most a flicker of air on the horizon. But it’s true. GTA 3, GTA: San Andreas and GTA: Vice City appeared over a period of three years.
But even though the gaps were so short, none of these games is considered a hasty catastrophe. The opposite is the case. At the time, GTA 3 set a new benchmark for the representation of an open game world in three-dimensional space. Vice City and San Andreas meanwhile struck the fans with playful freedom and a potential for open-world chaos that even modern representatives can hardly reproduce.
GTA: The Trilogy – The Definiitve Edition Now packs all of these milestones into a complete collection and drills up the graphics properly. We’re not just talking about a few sharper textures here. The iconic cities shine in a whole new splendor that makes your mouth open. For his colleague Dimi, the remaster trilogy is exactly what he wanted for these games:

The most important PC releases of the week from November 8th to 12th
From Monday, November 8th, 2021
- Turn right: There is basically no shooting at all in this neon-colored arcade shooter. Instead, you’ll have to dodge a number of enemies approaching from all sides. It’s not that easy at all, because in order to evade, you can turn to the right without exception.
From Tuesday, November 9th, 2021
- Jurassic World Evolution 2: Even though dinosaurs broke out in droves in the first part and visitors ate, we have another chance to build our very own dinosaur park! This time even with water and flying lizards! And this time around, there will certainly not be any fatal outbreaks. Guaranteed.
- Forza Horizon 5: In Forza Horizon you once again grab a racing car of your choice and then speed down the streets of a wonderful open world. This time it’s off to Mexico, where you can race for victory in dirt, road or cyclo-cross races, depending on your taste. Or you just let yourself flash a few times.
- Football Manager 2022: As usual, a new part of the popular Football Manager series appears again this year, in which you lead your club to success. This year a new animation engine is supposed to provide an even better look.
From Wednesday, November 10th, 2021
- Among Trees: The game looks pretty and dreamy, but it is a merciless survival game. Here you fight for survival in an open world, collect food and further expand your tranquil hut in the forest.
- Ship Graveyard Simulator: A strange but therefore very exciting simulator in which you take apart huge ships with tools in order to sell the individual parts.
- There is No Light 616: Free action adventure in a dark fantasy world and with picturesque 2D graphics.
From Thursday, November 11th, 2021
- The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Anniversary Edition: Skyrim is celebrating its 10th birthday with a brand new version with over 500 new content.
- GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition: Three open-world classics combined in one collection. All three games have been extensively revised graphically and a little has changed in terms of play.
- Bright Memory: Infinite: Things are pretty bloody in this first person shooter. The greatest attraction, however, is to play yourself into a real frenzy by combining different fighting styles into increasingly longer combos.
- Epic Chef: You want to become Ambrosia’s best chef and you have to compete for this title in numerous cooking duels with other aspirants.
- Treasures of the Aegean: This 2D action adventure is visually reminiscent of Franco-Belgian comic series like Tintin. In the role of the acrobatic Marie Taylor, you have to cross an open world and uncover the secrets of a foreign culture.
- Punk Wars: In this global round-robin strategy game, you are responsible for the fate of one of four factions, all of which belong to a punk form. So dieselpunk, steampunk, atomic punk or steelpunk.
From Friday, November 12th, 2021
- Alchemic Cutie: If you need a break or just want to relax, then you can let your soul dangle in this role-playing game and go on a very relaxed lookout for wild slime monsters.
