The sequel Ni no Kuni II: Fate of a Kingdom, previously published for PC and PS4, has now been announced in a special edition for another platform.
The successful title Ni no Kuni II was previously reserved for players on PC and PS4, but Bandai Namco wants that to change almost immediately. The title of Level 5 including character design by Yoshiyuki Momose and music by famous composer Joe Hisaishi has now been confirmed for the Switch.
The implementation for the Nintendo console already has a release date: Those interested can mark themselves September 17, 2021 in red in the calendar. Then there is the so-called Prince’s Edition of the title for the Switch.
As part of this edition, you are not only following the story of Evan Pettiwhisker Tom, a boy who has lost his promised throne in the Katzbuckel kingdom and is looking for a new kingdom. In addition to the main game, the following additional content is also on board:
- Adventure Pack: New outfits and items as well as the random dungeon remote control room and new threats for Evans Kingdom.
- The Spirit King’s Labyrinth:
- Magical memories: During a dream, Evan meets a rabbit-headed man who calls himself a “conductor”. The players will explore Evan’s dream and find the goal of it all. A new location is also included with the Colosseum.
