After a Nintendo Direct last February, the Japanese manufacturer continues to present upcoming games on its hybrid console at its own events. That’s how it is on social networks Nintendo has announced that an Indie World will air tomorrow, Wednesday, April 17, at 4 p.m.
Small important detail to note: We can emphasize that the announcement message states that they are independent productions that will be released this year, in 2024
Silksong, finally the right one? We have concrete information!
If you haven’t been following video game news too much lately, you may not have noticed this Hollow Knight: Silksong, the sequel to one of the most popular indie games of recent years, has been reviewed in South Korea and Australia
It has to be said that Hollow Knight: Silksong is one of the best video games from Arles in recent years. Following the success of Hollow Knight, the original game released on PC in 2017 and consoles in 2018, an expansion was immediately announced in February 2019. Over time, however, the project grew and developed into a full-fledged sequel. At this point, development was taking much longer than expected and there was radio silence on Team Cherry’s side.
In June 2022, a trailer was revealed during the Xbox Bethesda conference, which led Microsoft to claim that the game would be available in less than a year, i.e. before June 12, 2023, but that ultimately didn’t happen. Knowing that the title is official for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series and finally Nintendo Switch, players are just waiting for the announcement of its release date. What if this was finally revealed in this indie world? Reply tomorrow at 4 p.m.!
