Or to provide news about projects that have already been announced. Nintendo just made a reminder of what to expect when it comes to home productions for Switch users.
Nintendo just provided an update on the release dates for major games coming to Switch. And it’s about titles that are slated for late 2021, 2022 and possibly after. Naturally, the document deals with games that are directly produced and / or published by Nintendo.
As for the 2021 games yet to be released, you risk a few cartridges to shoot Nintendo. Shin Megami Tensei V will actually arrive in Europe on November 12th. And followed closely by Sparkling Diamond and Sparkling Pearl Pokémon on November 19th. The First Party Games Ball 2021 ends on December 3rd with the release of Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain.
Nintendo is playing the dungeon
Nintendo’s financial report will then move on to releases planned for 2022. Next year, the Switch will debut on the first party side with Pokémon Legends: Arceus on January 28th. However, the exact dates end with Triangle Strategy, scheduled for March 4, 2022.

With Splatoon 3, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 and Bayonetta 3 we have to deal with a simple “2022. ” Nintendo casually recalls that the final title of the sequel to Breath of the Wild has not yet been announced.
Until 2022 and beyond
Nintendo completes its table with Metroid Prime 4. The latter, the final title of which has also not been communicated, simply has no release date. Indeed, Metroid fans will have to deal with a simple “TBA. “ This means that the release date or even the year does not have to be announced yet. Of course, this does not rule out marketing in Europe in 2022. But it can also indicate a later publication.
As stated by the Kyoto company, all dates mentioned in this document are subject to change. In addition, it is very likely that Nintendo will have more unannounced titles in store for next year. For example, a Switch version of the first Metroid could fill the 2022 release schedule.
That being said, it’s interesting that Nintendo is still looking to release some very low-key titles like Bayonetta 3 in the next year. However, Switch players waiting for these games will need to be patient while they wait for more accurate dates.
