In the fiery village Neo 2 Living bloody varieties: Ippon-Datara. Although there are many safe opportunities for revenge in a battle that wields this sword-holding spirit, the actions in its arsenal are enough to drive you crazy, especially the second time you encounter it.
Nioh 2 – How to Beat Ippon-Datara
For Onmyo Magic users, it's time to equip your Water Charm.
This time I embedded two videos, one was the first battle with Ippon-Datara and the other was the second test, which I think is more difficult.
The first time I faced Ippon-Datara was in a closed space. Maybe I was lucky, but it did not use frequency hopping attacks, which is the most difficult to deal with.
The second time you stop your progress, you will be bombarded with bombs, which will please you.
Personally, I think it's much easier to retreat around the corner, stay away from the bombarded Gaki, and fight on a nearby bridge.
When Ippon-Datara makes a jump attack, you have two options: shrink back under Ippon-Datara until it stops, or roll over. It sounds scary, but it is actually safe. Just don't stay too long and get bouncing.
The last chance of most combos is your chance to fight back. I found that instead of blocking as before Enki, I found greater success in the range of Ippon-Datara.
Normal overhead shredding can be repeated. Don't worry after one execution, but you can sprint quickly after the second execution with several successes.
Otherwise, every effort should be made to punish the blast counter. The slam overhead is easy to predict. If you avoid the explosion counter, it will leave a fire pit on the floor, so I recommend using an explosion counter whenever possible to prevent a-o-e damage over time.
When it turns and reaches into one hand, you need to step back to avoid the two long slashes going forward.
If you find yourself behind, be careful. Cut it once or twice, and then dodge backwards as he can turn around and hit you sharply.
After defeating Mezuki, you will get shiny new toys in the form of powerful Yokai Ability. Ippon-Datara's Yokai capabilities are weak, so if you need a trimmer, you can choose one of them.
