If you can’t get enough candies to evolve your Noibat Pokémon Goyou’ll soon make enough money (hopefully) to turn it into Noivern.
That’s because little purple bats will appear at Community Day in February. Long live!
The Bat is one of the hardest Pokémon to evolve, as it takes up to 400 candies to turn into a Noivern plus, and it doesn’t have a very high spawn rate.
That will all change on Sunday, February 5th.
Sonic Pokémon will appear in the wild more frequently between 2pm and 5pm local time. And, if you’re lucky, you might come across a shiny one, so throw a ball at everyone you see.
If you evolve Noibat into Noivern during the event or within five hours of the event, the evolved version will know the Charged Attack Boomburst.
To get a special research story for the day, you need to pay more than $1 or the equivalent in your region to participate in the “Rich Noise” quest.
The day’s event rewards include 3x stardust for catching Pokémon, 2x candy catching rewards, 2x chance for trainers at level 31 and above to get Candy XL from catching, Lure Modules and Incense activated during the event will last for three hours . And be sure to snap a few snaps as a surprise.
If you’ve been itching to trade something other than regular Pokemon, you can make an additional special trade during the day for up to two trades, and Stardust will cost 50% less for up to five hours after Community Day ends.
After the three-hour event, you can engage in four-star Raid Battles. Winning will result in more Noibats appearing around the Gym hosting the 30-minute raid. Noibat will also appear in four-star raids, which you can only join with the Raid Pass and Premium Battle Pass, not the Remote Pass.
Finally, we’re getting a new batch of event-themed stickers.
Hope you are excited for next month’s Community Day. I know I am! I only have 287 Noibat candies, so I still have a long way to go. Also, if you make him your partner, you’ll have to walk 5 kilometers to get a candy from the critter. On Community Day, we definitely get enough candy (especially by dropping a Pinap or Silver Pinap Berry) to evolve it more than once.
