Dragon Age: Inquisition players are currently unable to import their world state from Fortress, but don’t worry, BioWare is working on a fix.
Now, most Dragon Age fans are probably focused on Veiled Keepers, but there will still be plenty of people browsing the series for the first time just to catch up on the latest entry. This won’t be the easiest thing to do for current Inquisition players, though, as Fortress isn’t currently working as expected. For those who don’t know, Dragon Age Keep is an online application that allows you to import all the decisions you made in Origins and 2 into Inquisition. In addition to one player reporting an inability to import their world state on the EA forums a week ago, many other players have reported similar issues across different platforms.

Community manager EA_Shepard did share in a forum post that the issue had been reported, saying earlier this week that they “reported the issue over the weekend last week and checked on it. Some players reported that keep did It works for them, but not all players can confirm it and it’s still an open question. Later this week, EA_Shepard released a further update clarifying that they’re “still looking for this” and noting that they’re aware of “the whole thing.” We’re working on it’s information is out of date. Trust me, I get it! There’s a lot going on and a lot of work going on with Dragon Age, so things are moving a little slower.”
As of now, some players still seem to be having issues importing world state, so a fix doesn’t appear to have been ironed out yet. BioWare is obviously a little busy with The Veilguard at the moment, so it might just be a little stretched, but hopefully the feature will be back soon.
Dragon Age: Veiled Keeper finally released last month to generally positive reviews, although our own Alex was a little more critical, giving the RPG 3/5 stars in his review .
