Periodically, NVIDIA releases new Game Ready drivers for its GeForce graphics cards as new top titles are released. Now there is a new driver version that focuses on the brand new Redfall, among other things.
As of today, the vampire shooter Redfall from publisher Bethesda is available – and NVIDIA is once again supplying the appropriate game-ready drivers for the PC version. Thanks to this, the performance of GeForce graphics cards is specially optimized for Redfall, which also offers support for NVIDIA DLSS 3 and NVIDIA Reflex.
According to official figures, enabling NVIDIA DLSS 3 will increase the performance of the GeForce RTX 4090 by 71 percent, allowing owners to achieve up to 188 FPS in 4K with all settings. Other GeForce RTX 40-series GPUs scale similarly, allowing GeForce RTX 4070 and higher desktop GPUs to play at 100+ FPS in 4K resolution. Frame rates on the RTX 4080 reach 148 FPS, according to NVIDIA.
Detached from Redfall, players of other titles also benefit from the new graphics card drivers, because they also include optimizations for the upcoming Diablo IV server slam beta and for showgunners. Two new GeForce Experience Optimal Settings profiles are also available.
The Diablo IV Server Slam Beta is scheduled for May 12-14. When playing with a GeForce RTX GPU, you can enable DLSS 2 to boost frame rates. Then, with the official launch of Diablo IV on June 6th, the GeForce RTX 40 Series will allow you to enable DLSS 3 for even faster performance.
