Developers say that 343 Industries can perform internal alpha testing on PC's Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST soon.
In a development blog posted yesterday, 343 showed that it was "approaching two candidate entities" Halo 3 with Halo 3: ODST.
The team stated that before Halo Insiders were able to conduct flight tests, the early version would pass "multiple gatherings of internal testers."
At that time, development seemed to be going well (thanks Neowin).
The ongoing screens of Halo 3 and Halo 3 can be found below.
On April 17, 343 Iudstries began to fly to Halo 2 and Halo 2: Anniversary on Steam and Windows Store. The team invited about 100,000 Halo Insiders and another 75,000 participants to participate in the final weekend.
The team is currently working to resolve issues reported by testers, such as audio and fixed issues, improved menu performance, errors related to screen tearing and Vsync, and double-key bindings are being tested.
Active development is progress system improvements, including challenges, around navigation, rosters, custom UI / UX improvements, and more areas of the game. The team is also working on text chat improvements, other mod support and video settings options, in-game fps caps, Steam account links, and custom improvements.
After the improvements and issues have been resolved, those looking forward to adding Halo 2 and Halo 2: Anniversary to the Master Chief Collection will no longer wait.
