A flop at the box office
Killers of the Flower Moon failed at the box office despite its outstanding cast and a Metascore of 89 points not convincing. With a budget of just under 200 million US dollars, it has played worldwide so far just $156 million
However, this is not a catastrophe, as the film was made in collaboration with Apple and can therefore be seen on the streaming provider very early on. This will probably attract some new subscribers, which will indirectly make the film worthwhile.
