Hello Games and CD Projekt Red are no strangers when it comes to botched game releases. The releases of No Man’s Sky and Cyberpunk 2077 were more than catastrophic. Of course, neither the fans nor the developers have forgotten this, which led to one of the most entertaining X-Posts (formerly Twitter) of the year.
That sounds familiar to us
The background to the X post is the announcement of a new game from the makers of No Man’s Sky. It is the action-adventure Light No Fire, for which enormous promises have been made. For example, one should riesiger Planet

It’s not without reason that this reminds us of the utopian promises of No Man’s Sky. As a result of the release falling short of expectations, these caused major damage to Hello Games’ image. It is all the more surprising that this scenario now threatens to repeat itself.

This will point to the incredible transformation alluded to, which both No Man’s Sky and Cyberpunk 2077 have accomplished since their releases, but also to the catastrophic starts.

Not everyone finds it funny: It should not be forgotten that players of the last generation of consoles in particular were massively disappointed by Cyberpunk 2077 and hardly benefited from the subsequent improvements. This continues to cause dissatisfaction, which is also reflected in the replies under the Cyberpunk 2077 comment. CD Projekt Red and the rest of the industry are accused of having a sacrilegious attitude.
