Moon Studios deserves a big “GG” for this Port of Ori and the will of Wisps on Switch as the optimization work is admirable. By cleverly using dynamic resolution and upscaling, the studio manages to deliver a game that runs almost consistently at 60 FPS and still looks great, especially in portable mode. The enjoyment of the game is therefore intact and we can now enjoy one of the best Metroidvania in years wherever we are.
