That happened in "Monsters and Heroes"

"Monsters and Heroes" is the ninth episode of Season 10 of The Outsider, starting with Claire's examination of Marsali, who is seriously pregnant. Marsali is pleased that Claire can not only be a doctor but also a mother. At the same time, Jamie asked his daughter Brianna to help him hunt because the game has been discovered in the area. Brianna advises her husband Roger to accompany Jamie because she has promised to allow these women to dye the fabric.
In addition to Jamie and Roger, the hunting team also includes Fergus, Ian, Josiah and others. They parted ways Jam: Jamie and Roger should rush animals from the bison herd to others. Jamie's situation deteriorated dramatically overnight. He asked the female son if he knew the sacrament of death, but the latter said no. Jamie tells Roger his plan to kill Stephen Bonnet and tells him to continue if he dies. He also revealed that Bonnet may become a biological father and have the right to obtain Jamie. This is how pirates can ensure the river runs. Jamie also wants everyone to return to the future after death.
Back to Fraser's Ridge
The next morning, Roger pulled his father-in-law through the forest on a homemade traction stretcher. They were discovered by Ian and Fergus' search team and brought home. Claire is at a loss, so far, she has only seen something similar in the autopsy. She told others to look for dead meat. She is also considering how to get penicillin into her husband's blood. This is not an easy task, because her glass syringe is broken.
Jamie promised his wife that she would never amputate. Later, she cried and told Brianna that she would break that promise just to keep him alive. On Fraser's ridge, one of the bisons hunted the day before was lost, and Brianna and Claire managed to outwit and shoot the animal. Ian helps Jamie lie on her bed.
Jamie's last chance
After Jamie ’s hard night of nearly losing his life, Jamie was ready to amputate. Claire prepared everything, but Brianna participated before the operation. She made an injection needle from the teeth of a snake venomous snake. Claire can finally inject penicillin into her husband.
Meanwhile, Marsali and Fergus gave birth to her children alone. Roger promised Jamie that Jamie would help him plan to kill Stephen Bonnet. Jamie later revealed to Claire that he was ready to die, but he knew Claire was the only reason to stay.
