It was during today’s PlayStation Indies, an event that highlights independent nuggets, thatOxenfree II: Lost Signals revealed again – a premiere since the announcement almost four months ago – to give us news and some details.

At the moment there was only one release for PC and Switch. However, The Night School Studios teams just announced good news for PlayStation players as the game will also be available for PS4 and PS5.

With OXENFREE II: Lost Signals, we want players to forge their own stories in a creepy new location. Finds five after the events of. instead ofOxfree in the first place of the name, in the company of a group of teenagers who have plunged into both a decisive phase in their life and a supernatural story, Oxenfree II: Lost Signals lets us play Riley Poverly, a young woman from Camena who returns to her city as a young researcher specializing in the environment, in an original script made up of a new cast of protagonists.

Its job is then to position radio transmitters in certain areas in order to collect data. If the task seems affordable, mysterious radio frequency signals will sow discord in the regions of Camena and disrupt the operation of various devices, from TVs to planes flying over town.

With a new supernatural story, Oxenfree II: Lost Signals takes us into familiar territory and picks up on the narrative system that established its reputation. Likewise, the radio system that captures the mysterious signals is making a comeback, just like the subtext of the game, which will be conducive to reflections on the post-adolescence period.
