In terms of presentations, things are happening in quick succession: Paradox Interactive is now jumping on the bandwagon and has announced a game presentation in a few days.
After last week’s PlayStation State of Play and this Monday’s latest episode of Pokémon Presents, we’re only a few days away. Then Paradox Interactive will also organize its own showcase, as was officially confirmed today.
The company’s own Game Announcement Show is scheduled to air on March 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. German time. The format promises “world premieres of games from the publisher’s network of studios and partners”, without naming a specific number of games shown or the specific duration of the show.
It is confirmed that Harebrained Schemes from Seattle (The Shadowrun Trilogy, Battletech) will present their latest project. The Berkeley-based studio Paradox Tectonic is also there with a new title, as are the developers of Cities: Skylines, i.e. Colossal Order.
In addition to new announcements, there will also be new content for titles that are already available. Also interesting: The show is being carried out in cooperation with Xbox! It is broadcast via the YouTube– as well as Twitch-Channels of Paradox.
Commenting on the upcoming show, Fredrik Wester, CEO of Paradox Interactive, said: “I don’t want to say we’re going to be making too many announcements, but it’s hard to choose which one is the most exciting. Talking directly to our players about our games, the excitement about Sharing upcoming projects, comparing how many hours you’ve played is something everyone at Paradox deeply enjoys, and I don’t want to keep these announcements a secret any longer.”
