Part 2 of "Last of Us" won the gold medal before it was released in late June this year.
Neil Druckmann of Naughty Dog announced the news today on Instagram, confirming that the game has won a gold medal and the disc is being suppressed.
"We want you to know that we have gone gold," Druckman said. "In April, we told you that due to the state of the world, the logistics method is beyond our control, we had to promote the development of the game, which gave us additional weeks to improve, and now we have fixed the release date Grandmaster.
"This means that the disc starts to be suppressed and the executable files are put on the Playstation network. You will have our game in just a few weeks."
He continued: "Usually this is a time to celebrate, we will have a drink in the office and eat cake." "But we are all trapped at home."
"I just want to take this opportunity to congratulate the team that congratulates us on the most ambitious competition ever. I know I have said this before, but you do n’t know the level until you have mastered it, just see the level Design, mechanics, graphical game appearance, details of every detail in the environment, art direction, characters, stories, audio design, soundtrack – oh my gosh, the soundtrack is amazing.
"Even for us, we have played this game-we can't even count it, we know it from the inside out-we are still emotionally moved. I just finished a drill and I was crying until the end . "
Although there have been some major plots and spoilers leaked recently, Part 2 of "Last Us" has already ranked among the best on Amazon.
The second part of "Last Us" will be released on PS4 on June 19.
