The original version of the game is still unique to the PC.
Confirmed that the first title of PlayStation VR 2 is a military shooter Pavlov Shack.
That is based on Series of tweets From the CEO of developer Vankrupt Dave “davevillz” Villarreal, he stated that the game will be used in Sony’s new headset and will be cross-played with the Oculus Quest version.
The developer revealed that the game is priced at $24 on all platforms (Steam, Oculus and PlayStation), and a free beta version will be available at some point. Villarreal also stated that the title will obviously not appear on the original PlayStation VR because it is obviously hardware “Without Pavlov’s loyalty.”
This is not the original version of Pavlov. This version was launched in February 2017, but it is actually a new version that seems to be designed primarily for standalone Oculus Quest hardware. At least for the time being, Pavlov will be unique to PC.
Sony revealed in February that it is developing a new PlayStation VR headset and a new type of virtual reality controller for its new PS5 console. It was released in early March, and-according to speculation-has some peculiar tactile and anti-jamming triggers introduced by the PlayStation 5’s DualSense controller.
Sony recently applied for a series of controller patents. One is normal-almost certainly the gamepad mentioned above-and the other seems to allow the user to turn almost anything into a gamepad by projecting input onto an object.
