Google is unlocking a feature for the Pixel Watch that Fitbit fans should already know. Some users now have access to arrhythmia monitoring.
- Some Pixel Watch users have been given access to irregular heart rhythm notifications.
- The smartwatch could not do that until now.
- It is not yet certain whether the feature was distributed intentionally.
The pixel watch comes up with many fitness functions and other conveniences. In one respect, however, they are probably left behind by fitness trackers from Google’s subsidiary, Fitbit. It’s about the health feature that offers heart rhythm monitoring.
how 9to5Google reported, some users can discover the feature in the Discover section. From all appearances, the feature has made its way from the line of Fitbit features to the Pixel Watch. There, users are notified of an irregular heart rhythm, including when they are sleeping.
It is not yet certain whether the feature was released on purpose and is now gradually being rolled out to everyone or whether it is a bug. It remains to be seen. However, the Pixel Watch appears to be capable of more than the software allows for.
