For several years now, Google fans have been waiting for a US company’s smartwatch. Several signs recently indicated that we would finally get to see a Google Watch soon. Now new details about the gadget presumably called Pixel Watch have reached the network.
A report by 9to5Google According to a special feature of the watch compared to the competition, the Google Assistant should be. This should be activated via a button on the side and offer some exclusive features on the Pixel Watch – such as the processing of your voice commands directly on the device, which should provide a decent speed boost.
Samsung chip under the hood
In the source code, 9to5Google also found evidence that the watch is powered by a Samsung chip. That wouldn’t be surprising, because Samsung and Google have been working closely together for some time – most recently with the Pixel 6.
