It is not yet quite official, but a documented slip on Twitter, which has since been deleted, gives reason to hope that you can download GTA 5 for PC from May 14 at 5 p.m. to May 21 free of charge can enjoy. We will of course give you an update as soon as we know whether the whole thing is really official or only the epic practitioner has allowed himself a joke.

Bethesda organizes from 14.05. at 6 p.m. to Monday, May 18 a free weekend for Fallout 76. During this time you can try out the online role-playing game including the Wastelanders expansion for free. As a further incentive, a Double XP weekend is taking place in parallel, so that you can level up diligently during the campaign.

If you subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass, you can look forward to a real hit, because Red Dead Redemption 2 is free in the Game Pass in May. You can't really miss the Wild West spectacle. The successful survival hit DayZ (console) has been available since May 7th. From May 14th, the Square Enix classic Final Fantasy IX (PC and console) will continue, followed by the exploration game Fractured Minds on May 19th. On the PC, gamers can initially enjoy the 4X strategy game Endless Legend, in which you take control of one of eight civilizations. The PC implementations of Halo 2 and Halo 2: Anniversary followed on May 12. Additional titles for the second half of the month will be announced at a later date.

Ubisoft announced that a free trial for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 for the Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC, is now available. The demo allows players to play The Division 2 through Level 8, with a maximum playing time of 8 hours. Players wishing to purchase the game after completing the trial can apply their progress.

On Xbox One there will be the racing game V-Rally 4 from May 1st to 31st, in which you can compete in rallycross, drifts, buggies and mountain trips. Over 50 vehicles are available and can be configured. From May 16 to June 15, Xbox One Warhammer 40,000 will follow: Inquisitor – Martyr; Warhammer fans will also get their money's worth.
And on Xbox 360 (as well as Xbox One)? From May 1st to May 15th, Sensible World of Soccer will be the more contemporary rebirth of the football classic of earlier days. An absolute blockbuster like Uncharted is not included this time, but the May line-up is definitely two well-known representatives who are quite popular. First of all, this includes the PS4 Edition of Cities: Skylines. In the urban planning simulation you can build and manage the ultimate metropolis. In addition to the building strategy game, there is also a title that will surely make one or two hearts beat faster among simulation fans, namely the Farming Simulator 19.
Google Stadia
Anyone who registers via stadia.com with immediate effect can test Stadia Pro for two months free of charge and thus also get immediate access to nine games included in the Stadia Pro subscription, including GRID, Destiny 2: The Collection and Thumper. Additional titles can be purchased at any time in the store, which players can still access if the Stadia Pro subscription is canceled. All players who are already Stadia Pro subscribers will not be charged for the next two months.
