The Battle Royale long-running hit PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has been supporting cross-play on consoles since last year, but players have had to wait for a feature until now. This was finally delivered.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds cross-platform support is finally complete! After cross-play between PS4 and Xbox One had been made possible since last October, the developers have now added a feature that was previously missing in a new update
Up until now, you could gamble against players on the other console, but creating your own team with gamers on different platforms was not possible before. Rather, a group previously had to be at home on the same platform.
With the release of the update to version 6.2 on the test server, this is now completely different, because thanks to this patch you can also team up with friends on a different console in the future. The feature is to be installed on the live servers on February 26th.
The implementation of the feature has now become possible thanks to a revision of the in-game friend list. In this you can now also search for the names of friends across platforms, send friend invitations across platforms and play online with them at any time.
