Following the Essential lineup earlier this month, Sony has now announced the other games that PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members can expect in June. The lineup stretches to a whopping 28 titles – and there’s news from the game streaming front as well.
As usual, Sony announced the other game offers for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in the current month in the middle of the month. In total, there are up to 28 more games for you if you subscribe to one of the higher-priced tiers of the online service, including a title right on the release day.
This refers to Rogue Legacy 2, which was previously only available on PC and Xbox, but will also make the leap to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on June 20th. With PS Plus Extra and Premium you can then get started with action, roguelike and Metroidvania elements directly in the platformer at no additional cost.
The other most prominent titles on offer include Far Cry 6, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Killing Floor 2 and Soulstice. There is also a game trial version of the current wrestling title WWE 2K23.

In addition to the range of games, there is also news in terms of game streaming via PlayStation Plus. Sony is currently testing cloud streaming for supported PS5 games; this includes titles for the current console from the PS Plus game catalogue, as well as test versions of current titles and PS5 games that the individual players already own. When this feature finally rolls out, cloud game streaming for supported PS5 titles will be available for use directly on your PS5 console – for all PS Plus Premium members.
Translated, this means that as a premium member you will be able to play games more easily in the future without having to download them to the console first. According to Sony, it will be an additional benefit for PS Plus Premium.
